      |  from the daunting peaks of the Southern Mounts and the perils  |
      |  of the marshes and swamps.  Laying west of Darkhaven, it is    |
      |  the quickest route from the City of Light to the Blood Sea.    |

      |  Following the Shattering, some of the Realms' more timid       |
      |  races, including the gnomes and halflings have taken shelter   |
      |  among the thick green leaves of these somber woods.            |
