Deity affects/Automatic adept

Deity affects are now cumulative. This means that when you are at maximum
favor you will have three affects instead of just one. Thanks to Gonnil for
the code.

Certain skills (search, rummage and dig) will now automatically be fully
adepted when practiced for the first time. Thanks to Zistrosk for the code.
