Experience Formulas

Over the next few weeks, there will be adjustments made to the experience
formulas in an effort to support leveling for the typical leveler. These will
be the first significant changes to the experience code made since before our
code was at 1.4a. The first attempts at this resulted in significant increases
in experience, so take advantage of that when it shows up. I will be very
receptive to information if something looks off and also appreciate the
patience of everyone while we fine tune some of the most spaghetti code in the
code base.
