Helter Skelter - Feb 16th

On the afternoon of February 16th, 2019, I intend to open up the chaos known
affectionately as Helter Skelter. We will commence at/about 12pm EST and
continue for up to 4 hours depending on participation. For those unfamiliar
with the Helter Skelter environment, check up on the help files for it and
be sure to plan accordingly.
I expect to make some tweaks prior to Helter Skelter beginning on that day,
so those who have experience with Helter Skelter should not be surprised or
send thousands of tells to imms when things aren't working like they expect.
