Code Updates

- Items or abilities that show "affects blood by ___" now properly increase a
vampire's maximum blood amount.

- New characters that use a previously deleted character's name no longer are
able to access the old character's tellhistory.

- MSDP class variable now shows prestige class name for prestiged characters.

- Updates related to something new that is arriving very soon...
