Glory and Pkill

If a deadly spends glory to add to a piece of eq (excluding renames and rekeys) the item will be flagged with a pkill flag as well as glory tagged with the persons name. The pkill flag prevents the piece of eq from being worn by a peaceful character.

The pkill flag may be purchased on it's own by spending 5 glory.
