more downtime :(

We've had some more serious downtime related to the previous downtime we suffered last week. The cause was due to some failed power circuits at the data center where the RoD box is located. There are two main circuits, and one of them went up and down several times in a row, and the network admins moved all the critical boxes from the bad circuit onto the working circuit. As the RoD box isn't a critical part of their infrastructure, it ended up not being restored until this morning. I'm very sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. This is not indicative of any problems specific to the RoD box itself, or its administrative team. This was an abnormal situation.
