Changes to Autodelete Times

At the request of TS, we have changed the autodelete times for avatar level players to be closer to a year. We have had a number of requests by players in the past couple of years who are deployed in various fields of warfare and who are unable to tend to their characters. In making this adjustment, we have also had a change to the autodelete times of lower level characters. This change affects the level 6-20 character range the most, and is referenced in 'help delete'.

Given this, we would like to caution the owners of level 6-20 characters to be a little more regular with their login times and not risk autodeletion.
