Pkill Conclave

Changes have been made to the PKill Conclave allowing all avatar deadly players to submit and vote on ideas (one per person). To enable this change PKC will no longer have mortal members, as every avatar will technically be a member.

Deadlies who have an idea may discuss it with the PKC head, or post to the main pkill board (west of Gravoc) for further discussion and review.

Thanks to all PKC members for the work over the years. We hope that this new incarnation of the voting system for Pkill ideas will enable further open discussion and assist in giving ownership over PK changes to all Pkillers.
