Changes to some object progs

Due to a bug with one type of program on mostly armor and weapons, you may notice some wear progs changed a bit. The change is only cosmetic, as the former program did not allow you to see the wearing of the object, and simply showed a message. This type of program, in the past, has had adverse affects on stats so we are doing away with their use.

The program changes affect objects in older areas primarily.
