Potion/Quiver Containers, Empty Command, DT adjustment

New items to come into the game: Potion and Quiver containers that only take potions and projectiles respectively. These will allow for less breakage of items being taken out.

Auctions of objects in containers will now show pkill flagged items with the appropriate flag.

Added "all" argument to empty command. eg. empty all.(item) (container)

Characters below level 6 will no longer lose eq when they die to DT's.

Remove clan deity output from clans.
