Additional updates

When you are receiving or redeeming glory, your character will now be
automatically saved.

A couple of crash issues were identified and fixed.

The "treat battle wounds" skill cooldown now will show up using the spellstat
command. Thank you Cain for reporting.

Thank you to Owyn and others who have reported some bugs related to the demon
summoned by the new enslaved summoning spell. We will be investigating and
fixing in the coming days.
