Help FAQ available

Back last June, someone in TS proposed an FAQ. (Whoever you are, thank you. We didn't have a name on your proposal. I'm sorry for that.) This FAQ was not intended to be a catch-all answer like "help insert help file here but rather, real answers to real questions that... well... are frequently asked by Newbies.

A lot of work went into this. A lot of questions go by in the Ask and Chat channels. The Newbie Council worked very hard at compiling the list we're using today. Linda, bless her, typed her fingers to the bone, honing, editing, tweaking, revising, and tolerantly fielding my 'suggestions'.

I think it's a beautiful thing. You can type: help FAQ to start reading. Point your favourite Newbie at it. We think it should help.
