Fill/empty

The fill and empty commands will now allow you to use number arguments when filling and emptying containers. For example, fill portal 20 empty will now add only 20 empties to your portal. Empty 20 heal portal will now dump 20 heals to the ground.

Thanks to Zistrocks for this idea. A message will now appear when you are filling a container, it gets full and there are still items left on the ground.
