Desert Arena Adjustment

Thanks to The Symposium bringing up the idea, and the wishes of the builder, the Desert Arena is now much cheaper to use. It will now cost 100k to set up a fight, and smaller amounts for extra time.

There is a wanderer at the end of Thieves alley who would be more than willing to show you the way to the arena should you desire to go.
