Warrior Block Skill Modification

The warrior block skill used to have to be typed in every time you wished to use it and only gave a small chance of blocking melee attack and damaged shields nearly every round.

The skill has been changed so that it now will start when you type 'block'. It will end when you remove shield, the fight stops, and there is a chance it will stop if you are circled. The skill will work automatically while the block is 'up'. Additionally, damage done to shields has been dramatically decreased.

Expect a few minor tweaks to this one in the future.
