Area Listing Command Revision

The area command has been modified to allow more information to enable you to narrow your area searches.

In addition to being able to type areas (areaname), you can now do the following:

Areas pkill/nation/order/clan - Will show areas flagged as such. Areas a - Will show all areas beginning with 'a' areas a d - Will show all areas between 'a' and 'd'
