Donation Room Weight Check

Leaders of guilds, clans, orders and tribes may now use the 'checkweight' command in their donation rooms to see how much free weight is available.

This idea was proposed by Annale, approved by The Symposium and implemented by Conran and Alysira, with the necessary code additions made by Altrag.

If there is a donation room that has not been updated, please contact someone level 59+.
