Visionary Consortium

In an effort to streamline the proposal process and institute a single body responsible for the handling of said proposals, the Visionary Consortium has been removed as an immortal council. The Symposium will be responsible for the entirety of the proposal process.

Our thanks to those who have worked for, and with, the Visionary Consortium during its time here. Hopefully this new structure will be a beneficial solution to all.
