Area Building Forum Question

I have a forum posting I've placed in the General Area Building section of the RoD Forums (www.realmsofdespair.com/forums) that I'd like some input on. The question relates to items of eq in game that you would like to see 'tweaked' slightly. This includes things like an item you really like the stats on, but dislike the name, to items that could do with perhaps less mana, but more hp's.

While we won't be changing any eq, it will allow us a better idea of what people like so that future areas can incorporate some of your ideas. We have quite a number of mortal builders working on our mortal build port now and I get quite a few requests for eq related information, so any info you can provide would be appreciated!
