Dawnbringer Returned

Due to popular demand, the Dawnbringer affect that gives the wearer refresh has been returned to nolag. In so doing, however, the weapon's affect became slightly unstable and, after long, extended use, may result in the item destroying itself. Should this happen, fear not, more can always be found.
