Checkweight/Rechoose

Checkweight is a new command that will allow the owners of houses to determine what the amount of weight is in a room in their house.

Rechoose will allow someone in the pre-auth area to return to the character creation screen and change choices they may have made. Upon exiting the character creation screen, they will once again be at the beginning of pre-auth.
