Blood affects, elemental shields in arenas

- Some additional bug fixes were made for items or abilities that show
"affects blood by ___". If you see further issues with this then please
contact Zistrosk with more information.

- Fireshield, iceshield, and shockshield will no longer be in effect in arena
rooms, for either players or mobs. The other elemental shields, namely
acidmist, venomshield, deathsphere, and lightshield, will still function
normally in arenas or elsewhere. This change was made after player feedback
in response to a recent note on the Badlands note board.
