Bug Fixes

- Using "drop all" in a room that is at or near its maximum weight will now
drop more items to fill the room as much as possible, and will no longer give
a wrong message when doing so. Thank you Tharius for reporting.
- Fixed message when attempting to use the surestrike skill with no deity.

- Fixed survey command displaying items incorrectly if they had the "&&" symbol
in the description. Thank you Slamin for reporting.
- Fixed a bug where objects that granted skill bonuses caused the skill to be
unavailable.
- Fixed a certain bug allowing players to accidentally see mobs that were
invisible to them.
