Code Updates

The razorbait and swordbait spells have been adjusted such that they are
equal in terms of mana usage and casting time.
Razorbait has had a slight increase in mana cost and time to cast.
Swordbait has had a slight decrease in mana cost and time to cast.

Guardian vampires no longer count against tunnel limits in rooms that
are tunneled with a maximum capacity.

Some additional immortal logging has been put in place to try to prevent
future issues with donation rooms loading empty after a crash.
